We cover new, used and certified pre-owned vehicles up to 4 model years and 200,000 km.
Can I include SecureDrive Appearance Protection in my vehicle financing?
Yes! If you purchase your contract at the same time as your vehicle, your selling dealer will generally allow you to roll everything into your vehicle financing deal.
Can I buy SecureDrive Appearance Protection if I purchase my vehicle with cash?
Yes, you can purchase your contract with cash along with your vehicle.
Where can I get my vehicle repaired in case of damage?
We recommend that you take your vehicle to the dealership where you purchased your SecureDrive contract whenever possible.
How do I make a claim?
Simply locate your contract number. Visit your selling dealer, or any other repair shop of your choice, to get your claim started.
How long can I purchase coverage for?
If your vehicle is within the current or one previous/future model year and has less than 15,000 km when you purchase your contract, you can get coverage for up to 7 years and 250,000 km. If your vehicle is within 4 model years and has less than 100,000 km, you can get coverage for up to 4 years and 250,000 km.
Can I switch to SecureDrive if I already have another Appearance Protection contract?
Maybe. It will depend on whether you will be able to cancel your current protection plan. We suggest consulting your local SecureDrive dealer so they can talk you through available options.
